Arnside School has supported the initiative for many years and parental&nbsp;help and support has been outstanding. If you would like to help, the boxes are available from Mrs Deane and will need to be filled by Tuesday 31st October. Information about how to fill the box is available from the website. In addition to the box, the Rotary Club ask for &pound;2 to be celotaped to the box lid to help with transport costs. Once voting has taken place, the elected members will be meeting on a regular basis throughout the year to discuss and raise issues affecting their class and the wider school community. They are regular visitors in school and deliver sessions throughout the classes. It highlighted all the hard&nbsp;work and successful events from the previous&nbsp;year and the generous financial contributions that went towards resources, day trips and residentials - the donations really do make a huge difference to costs! Thank you to Ariane Gardiner for her hard work over the last two years and congratulations to Zainab Houghton, our new Chair. The PTA are now on the look-out for a treasurer...</p> <p>We&#39;re always interested in&nbsp;new ideas and anyone is welcome to come along and help out. Lots of pupils have accessed the new sessions and the feedback has been excellent. A huge thank you to Sam Reynolds and Julia Holroyd for organsing such wonderful after-school care. A huge thank you to Helen Scambler who designed and created it - top work. You&#39;ll find the logo on documents, letters and our sweatshirts. Please don&#39;t worry if you have an item of clothing with the old logo on - it&#39;s going to be a while before we phase it out. It&#39;s bright, modern, colourful and depicts our local area (AONB) beautifully.
