All the pupils in school took part in yoga sessions throughout the day. The school yoga group did a fantastic job demonstrating and helping deliver the class lessons. Many of the pupils commented on how relaxing and calming it felt. Thank you to Mrs Topping for co-ordinating the sessions.
Tomorrow is 'walking for well-being' - a chance to enjoy a simple walk and the pleasure of exercise and fresh air, the perfect way to clear the mind from day-to-day stress.
